Its core revenue model is based on waste treatment service fees and electricity sales. Building on waste incineration technology, the company actively expands its business scope and optimizes its structure by innovatively integrating the treatment of various waste types, including food waste, sludge, and animal carcasses, thereby enhancing economic efficiency. The company primarily operates waste-to-energy projects under BOO and BOT franchise models. During the franchise period (typically 25–30 years), it recovers investment costs and generates profits through waste disposal fees and electricity revenue. 2. Energy Conservation & Environmental Protection Equipment Business Subsidiary Zhongjie Megvau Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.is a leading manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment and a comprehensive service provider for regional environmental governance solutions. Its main business includes the design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and servicing of sewage (sludge) treatment equipment, covering urban sewage, tap water, industrial wastewater, sludge treatment, landfill leachate, food waste leachate, and rural sewage treatment. Since 2023, Megvau has also engaged in research on "small-scale waste incineration equipment for county-level applications", developing prototype systems and undertaking demonstration projects to expand its solid waste treatment equipment business. 3. Electrical Equipment Business Subsidiary Xi'an Qiyuan Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in transformer core cutting machines, winding equipment, tooling systems, and radiator fins. To meet market demands, the company has expanded into smart manufacturing, offering integrated smart workshop solutions. With a customer-centric approach, Qiyuan optimizes production planning and resource allocation to deliver high-quality products.
