1."One chain with three bodies" product structure The company has formed a main business structure of “one chain with three bodies”. Based on metanilic acid, it develops new dyes and intermediates, high-tech fibers and pharmaceutical intermediates. Location Advantages The company is located in the national level industrial park ---- Habour Chemical Zone of Cangzhou. The park features “Circular Economy Demonstration Park”. The enterprises in this park have complementary advantages on each other. The upstream products, by-products and wastes continue to be reused to produce downstream products as the raw materials in order to reduce consumption on resources, to reuse and maximize benefits. The company made full use of the waste hydrogen from the park, transformed the old hydrogenation process system and realized continuous production through hydrogenation reduction reaction, which has also reduced its production costs. 3. Technological Innovation Capability Zhu Xiuquan, the deputy general manager of the company, participated in the “Key Technology and Industrial Application of Green Catalytic Synthesis for Substituted Aromatic Amine Series” project and won the second prize of the National Technology Invention Award of 2018. The application of this technology in the hydrogenation reduction process of metanilic acid has greatly improved production efficiency, reduced production costs, and achieved zero emissions of “solid wastes”, further enhancing the company's core competitiveness. At present, the company has 22 invention patents, 53 utility models and 35 proprietary technologies and has formed a core technology system with independent intellectual property rights. Using “multi-effect evaporation + desalting + micro-electrolysis + catalytic oxidation + Biochemical + concentrated water incineration treatment process, 80% of the industrial wastewater has been recycled and the remaining 20% achieved discharge standards.
