InfoGem was founded in October 1998 and was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in May 2010. The company’s core business is financial technology services. Its main operations include providing financial institutions such as banks with software products, software development, digital finance solutions, financial equipment, and technical services; offering enterprises mobile information services and mobile business solutions; engaging in e-commerce; and investing in personal credit reporting and securities businesses. In the field of financial information technology, InfoGem primarily provides banks and other financial institutions with software products, software development, financial equipment, and technical services related to payment and settlement, risk control, business process re-engineering, digital transformation, and IT application innovation. These products and services have been widely adopted across China’s banking sector. InfoGem serves nearly 400 banks or branches across 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, covering more than 100,000 bank outlets. In the mobile information services sector, InfoGem’s wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Emay Softcom Technology Co., Ltd. holds a Category II value-added telecommunications service license. It mainly provides mobile information platforms and solutions, mobile Internet services, and marketing solutions for domestic and international enterprises. Emay Softcom has provided mobile information services to over 500,000 enterprises across more than 30 industries, including banking, insurance, internet companies, e-commerce platforms, and retail chains. InfoGem’s wholly-owned subsidiary Annke (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. engages in cross-border e-commerce. Its product portfolio includes home security devices and smart home products. Through third-party online platforms such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and Walmart, as well as self-operated platforms including annke.com and hazelquinn.com, it sells to households, businesses, and retail customers under a B2C model. Its sales network covers dozens of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and Spain. In addition, InfoGem invests in personal credit reporting and securities businesses. As the largest shareholder, the company co-founded Beijing Sinoway Credit Co., Ltd. (holding 38.1% equity), and through Sinoway Credit it holds an 8% stake in Baihang Credit, China’s first licensed personal credit reporting agency. InfoGem also co-founded East Asia Qianhai Securities Co., Ltd., in which it holds a 26.1% equity stake.
