Sanchuan Wisdom was founded by Jiangxi Sanchuan Group Co., Ltd., and listed on the GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March 2010 (Stock code: 300066; referred as: Sanchuan Wisdom), the registered capital of 1,040.3million CNY.
