Founded in 29th Oct. 2001, Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co., Ltd was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2009,whose previous name is Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co.,Ltd. She is the first company in Shanghai which is listed in GEM board and also the first public company in A-share market on Marine Technology. The mainly business scope Shanghai Bestway are defense equipments and related business, marine and offshore engineering research and design, as well as clean energy. 1. Defense Equipments and Relative Business By closely execuating national military and civilian integration strategy, Shanghai Bestway had accomplished the aquisition of the 100% shares of Taizhou City Jin Hai Yun Vessel Facility Co., Ltd in April 2016, and marched into the research and manufacture of defense equipments. Meantime, the company’s name was changed to be Shanghai Bestway Marine & Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. The accomplishment of the significant assets reorganization not only directly boosts the tremendous increasement of the income and interest, but also further clarifies the company strategy and development direction in the future. 2. Marine and Offshore Engineering Service Marine and Offshore Engineering Service refers to marine and offshore engineering design and EPC, which is the traditional business. Currently, the scope of marine and offshore engineering service covers R&D, design, engineering consultancy, engineering supervision and EPC, which forms omnibearing and multilevel technical service system. Also, the company has assembled rich experience in LNG Carrier, LNG power vessel and natural gas filling facilities.
