Production operation and engineering construction performance are stable, stable returns, financial stability, capital structure and financial cost are reasonable, ensuring capital secure and safe. 3. Pay close attention to shareholders returns, maintain a long term stable dividend policy. In 2021, the company approved the dividend planning for the next five years, we will maintain a reasonable increase in the dividend ratio for the coming five years (2021-2025) based on the dividend ratio of 2020 ratio, approximately 42.25%. The company has fulfilled this planning for annual dividends from 2021 to 2023.Dividend for 2024 is RMB0.095 (tax inclusive) per share, and the dividend distribution ratio was approximately 44.36%. Dividend of 2024 has been distributed in July, 2025. 4. CGN Power Co., Ltd. * (“CGN Power”, the “Company”, “we” or “us”) consists of more the 10 affiliated and associated companies. We build, operate and manage nuclear power plants (“NPP(s)”), sell electricity generated by these NPPs, and organize to develop the design and research & development (“R&D”) of NPPs. The Company is headquartered in Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. CGN Power was established on March 25, 2014, listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2014, Stock Name: CGN Power, Stock Code: 01816, it was the only listed company that solely operates nuclear power generation at that time. The Company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2019, Stock Name: “中国广核”, Stock Code: 003816, it was the first nuclear power enterprise that listed on both A Shares and H Shares. As of the end of September 2025, we managed 28 nuclear power generating units in operation，on-grid power generation in first 3 quarter 2025 is 172,179 GWh，equivalent to reduction of standard coal consumption approximately 52.5835 million tons, equivalent to CO2 reduction about 159.0934 million tons. Actively contribute to the realization of the national double carbon goal.
