The management of the Company, with its strong managerial expertise and rich experience, has gained deep insights into the current situation and future development of the energy conservation sector. We have forged a highly professional, skilled and well-structured team. As a “one-stop energy conservation and integrated energy services platform,” CSG Energy boasts advanced technologies, strong project management capabilities, wide market influences, and a large number of partners. We have created a green platform that serves economic and social development, invested in and built a multitude of large-scale green energy demonstration projects with national impacts, and expanded our presence from the five southern provinces to the whole country. We are recognized, recommended and awarded by government departments at all levels. We are put on record by the National Development and Reform Commission and recommended by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and have obtained 5A ratings (the highest rating) in the field of public facilities, industry, and construction. In 2016, we won the honor of Enterprises with Outstanding Contributions to the Energy Conservation Service Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan Period (2011-2015) from the ESCO Committee of China Energy Conservation Association. In 2017, we won first place in the 2017 National Top 100 Energy Conservation Service Companies published by the China Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production Association, and were rated as a Class-A energy conservation service organization in Guangdong. In 2018, we entered the list of enterprises of the “Double Hundred Action for SOE Reform” launched by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In 2019, we were chosen by the National Development and Reform Commission into the fourth batch of pilot units for mixed-ownership reform. In 2020, we won the Award for Outstanding Contributions to Energy Conservation in Guangdong (2019) from the Guangdong Energy Conservation Association. In 2021, CSG Energy went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first CSG listed subsidiary on its own.

China Southern Power Grid Energy Efficiency & Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CSG Energy,” “the Company,” or “we”) is a partially-owned subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. (“CSG”) which headquartered in Guangzhou.The Company was co-founded by CSG, a central state-owned enterprise (SOE), and Guangdong Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd, as the representatives of Guangdong provincial government, in December 2010 as a specialized energy service provider. We are an energy service company committed to technology integration, policy research, and public service, and strive to improve customers’ energy performance. We provide one-stop integrated energy services, including energy performance diagnosis, design, and revamping, as well as investment in, operation and maintenance of integrated energy projects. We tailor our solutions to customers by taking into account the specific industries, the external environment, resource endowments, their corporate operations and their energy conservation and emissions reduction goal. We integrate advanced energy and environmental technologies, and make the best of energy-efficient and eco-friendly equipment to change our customers’ energy sources and ways of energy consumption. In addition to meeting customers’ energy demand (i.e. electricity, heat, cooling, steam, and compressed gas), we help them reduce energy investment risks, improve energy efficiency, and lower energy costs and carbon emissions, thereby achieving good economic and social benefits. We provide energy services in the following areas. (1) The industrial sector: We provide integrated energy solutions and services that help increase the efficiency of industrial customers’ electricity, cooling, heating, and gas consumption, including distributed PV projects and high-efficiency industrial energy stations, as well as comprehensive utilization of afterheat, residual pressure, and coal-mine gas. (2) Buildings: By analyzing buildings’ energy performance, and designing targeted energy conservation plans or incorporating the energy conservation goals into the design, construction, and operation of energy systems of new buildings, we provide customers with integrated energy solutions for building energy-efficient cooling, (water) heating, and lighting systems. (3) Urban lighting systems: Through energy performance diagnosis, upgrade, and operation of urban lighting systems, we maximize the utilization of light sources and thus make cities more energy-efficient and low-carbon. (4) Technology consulting and engineering. In addition to the aforementioned services, we promote comprehensive resource utilization services, including comprehensive utilization of biomass and complementary use of farmland and solar power.
