Xiamen Intretech Inc. (Stock Code: SZ002925; Intretech or ‘The Company’) was founded in May, 2011, and has over 40 wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries at home and abroad, including Xiamen Intretech Automotive Electronics Co. Ltd., Xiamen UMS Information Technology Co. Ltd, Zhangzhou Insut Industry Co. Ltd., Xiamen Intreplus Co.Ltd., Zhangzhou iHastek Inc., Intretech (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd. and Intretech Hungary Kft. The Company also employs over 6,000 employees and more than 1,300 high-quality technical R&D engineers.
