1.R&D Innovation By mastering the ability to design smart cabins and full-stack design capabilities for smart drive, we empower our customers launching their intelligent connected vehicle in the market. At present, Desay SV is in the leading position in the field of autonomous driving algorithms, display optics, network communication, cyber security and OTA technology. 2.Intelligent Manufacturing Desay SV’s production plant sits on a 90,000m2 site, delivering to meet the increasing demand through fully flexible and high-performance automated production system and ISO Level 6 clean workshop. The growing complexity of integrated electronics and autonomous driving products, posed a challenge for us to implement high technology production set-up such as an automated OCR/OCA line permitting full lamination of 7-45 inches single/double and triple screens. 3.System Assurance In 2003, Desay SV embarked on a continuous improvement journey based on the automotive industry quality management system ISO/TS16949:2002 and IATF16949:2016. Based on the management principle of zero tolerance principle, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and people oriented, all employees are encouraged to adopt a quality culture of continuous improvement, pursuit ofexcellence and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations. 4.Lab Capability Our CNAS ISO/IEC17025-certified laboratory is a leading unit in China in terms of equipment capabilities and site strength. The laboratory’s tests capabilities cover RF, electrical & mechanical performance, environmental reliability and EMC, with the ability to fulfil over 90% of the requirements for automotive electronics standards testing. This gained the recognition of international and all mainstream Chinese automotive manufacturers. 5.Industrial Design Desay SV Industrial Design Center has designers and engineers with expertise in different professional areas such as interaction design, visual design, sound perception, 3D and interaction technology and user experience simulation. We won numerous awards, namely "National User Experience Innovation Demonstration Enterprise", "National User Experience Best Practice" and two gold medals in the Governor Cup Industrial Design Competition, Guangdong Province, for our high achievement in innovative experience design. Our industrial design center has served over 60 automotive brands and is now promoting the fusion of technologies and scenarios in order to create a more enjoyable travel experience.
