Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. (Guosen Securities, the Company) was established in Shenzhen on Jun 30, 1994. Guosen Securities now has registered capital of RMB 9.612 billion and its legal representative is Ms.Zhang Nasha. On December 29, 2014, Guosen Securities (002736.SZ) was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. After more than two decades of development, Guosen Securities has become a sizable securities broker with broad presence across China. As of Sept 30, 2021, the Company has 57 branches and 185 securities operation outlets in 118 cities and regions across China. It also has 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries (Guosen Futures Co., Ltd., Guosen H&S Investments Co.,Ltd. and Guosen Securities (HK) Financial Holdings Co., Ltd.,Guosen Capital Co., Ltd.) and minority stakes in a number of financial institutions including Penghua Fund Management Co., Ltd.
