UTour is a member of China Tourism Association (CTA), China Association of Travel Service (CATS), Beijing Tourism Industry Association(BTIA), Pacific Aisa Travel Association (PATA), and International Air Transport Association (IATA), has multiple 5A level travel agencies and a Currency exchange company. UTour is the top 20 travel agency in China and selected as an advanced enterprise by China National Tourism Administration. In January 2014, UTour was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZE) and became the first private listed travel agency in A share market in China (stock code: 002707).
