We are primarily engaged in the developing, producing, and marketing of braised food, table food such as cold dishes and rice products, including duck, chicken, pig, cattle and vegetables, as well as zongzi and moon cakes. The variety of our products are more than two hundreds. Our core products are poultry products, as well as focusing on domesticated animal products, developing to other vegetable products, bean products and so on. Our selling mode is based on our self-operated retail stores,authorized retail stores and distributors. Self-operated stores are set up by the company. We control them in finance, operation, marking, which enables the company to obtain the whole profits as well as expenses. Authorized stores are those stores set up by the franchisees who should sign authorized retail contract with our company in authorizing to use our brand, mark, store, management techniques, standards to sell our products. The franchisees sell our products and provide services in the same image. Franchisees have the ownership and income right of the stores, accounting and financing independently, while they must accept the business direction from our marketing department. Selling and purchasing between the company and franchisees are in the way that products must be paid to collect another pile of products everyday. Distributors have sold our products to the lower dealers or terminal consumers by signing distribution contracts, granting its distribution through its marketing network within a certain time and places.
