Western Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ""Company"" and ""Western Securities"") is a securities institution established with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and officially opened in January 2001. The Company is registered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. In May 2012, the Company was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock referred to as ""Western Securities"" and the stock code of ""002673"". At present, the Company has more than 110 branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Yunnan provinces, and is in possession of two wholly-owned companies inlcuding Western Futures Co., Ltd. and Western Capital Management Co., Ltd., and one holding subsidiary Western Leadbank Fund Management Co., Ltd. Western Securities, with its business focus in Shaanxi, has expanded its business throughout China.
