GUOSHENG SECURITIES Inc.(hereinafter referred to as “Guosheng Securities” or “the Company”) is the only securities company under the jurisdiction of Jiangxi Province. It is a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 002670), with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangxi Province performing investor duties on behalf of the Jiangxi Provincial Government in accordance with authorized mandates. The Company was formed through the absorption and merger of the former Guosheng Securities by Guosheng Financial Holding, followed by a renaming, and operates as a nationwide comprehensive securities firm. As of the end of September 2025, the Company had a registered capital of RMB 1.935 billion, total assets of RMB 48.8 billion, and employed nearly 2,300 staff members.
