1. The Company has established production bases in regions with resource and energy advantages, offering stable low-cost benefits and promising prospects for sustainable development. (1) Electrolytic Aluminum Production Base Located in the National-level Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tianshan Aluminum has an electrolytic aluminum production capacity of 1.4 million tons. In 2025, the company initiated a green, low-carbon energy efficiency improvement project for its electrolytic aluminum capacity. Upon full completion in 2026, the actual capacity will reach 1.4 million tons. Most of the aluminum ingots produced are sold directly to external customers, while some liquid aluminum and aluminum ingots are supplied internally as raw materials to the high-purity aluminum and aluminum foil production departments. (2) Captive Power Plant Located in the National-level Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the electrolytic aluminum production line, Tianrui Energy operates 6*350 MW captive generating units. In 2025, the power generation will meet 85%–90% of the electricity demand for its own electrolytic aluminum production, with all power used for electrolytic aluminum production and consumed entirely on a self-generated, self-used basis. (3) Prebaked Anode Production Base The company has a 300,000-ton prebaked anode carbon production line in the National-level Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone and another 300,000-ton line in the Alar Economic and Technological Development Zone in Southern Xinjiang, bringing the total annual capacity to 600,000 tons, sufficient to meet all anode carbon requirements for its existing electrolytic aluminum capacity. In addition to ordinary anode carbon, the company also produces carbon materials for high-purity aluminum, all of which are self-produced and self-used. (4) High-Purity Aluminum Production Base Located in the National-level Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the electrolytic aluminum production line, the company has built a 60,000-ton high-purity aluminum production facility. The products are mainly sold externally to manufacturers of electronic foil and aerospace panels. (5) Alumina Production Base Located in the Guangxi Baise National Ecological Aluminum Industry Demonstration Base, the company has built a 2.5 million-ton alumina production line. The products are mainly sold externally, while some are supplied internally as raw material to the electrolytic aluminum production department. The company has secured bauxite resources and a mining license in Guangxi and will soon enter the substantive mining phase. The company will continue to seek acquisition of other resource projects or exploration rights in Guangxi and surrounding areas to secure more local resources. (6) Downstream Aluminum Foil Deep Processing Base ① Aluminum foil stock production line: Located in Shihezi, leveraging low-cost energy advantages such as electricity and natural gas to directly convert self-produced high-quality liquid aluminum into cast-rolled coils, saving costs associated with aluminum ingot melting and remelting, resulting in significant integrated cost advantages. The current annual capacity is 180,000 tons, and it has entered large-scale production. ② Aluminum foil deep processing line: Located in Jiangyin, adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta new energy industry cluster and close to end users of aluminum foil. The main products include power battery aluminum foil, energy storage battery aluminum foil, double-zero foil, and single-zero foil. The current annual capacity is 160,000 tons, and it has entered large-scale production. (7) Overseas Investments and Projects ① Indonesian bauxite mines: The company has indirectly obtained mining rights for three bauxite mines. These mining rights are located in Sanggau District, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, covering a total area of approximately 30,000 hectares, with a total exploration area of 259,000 hectares. Detailed exploration of the three mining areas is currently underway, and mining operations are gradually commencing. The mining scale will be reasonably planned based on project progress or market demand, ensuring a sufficient supply of raw materials for the alumina project, with significant cost advantages compared to market prices. ② Indonesian alumina: The company's overseas subsidiary, PT TIANSHAN ALUMINA INDONESIA, plans to invest USD 1.556 billion to build a 2 million-ton alumina production line in Indonesia, to be constructed in two phases. The first phase, with an annual capacity of 1 million tons, has been included in Indonesia's National Strategic Project list. The project has obtained environmental impact assessment approval in Indonesia and is eligible for corporate income tax reductions and exemptions. The project is progressing in an orderly manner. ③ Guinean bauxite mines: The project has entered the production and mining phase, with the mined bauxite being shipped back to China. The company will gradually increase production capacity and shipping capacity to ensure a stable, low-cost supply of upstream raw materials. 2. Main Products Sold Externally and Their Applications (1) Electrolytic Aluminum Products The company primarily produces A00 standard aluminum ingots, widely used in traditional sectors such as construction, transportation, electricity, packaging, and home appliances. Meanwhile, with increasing requirements for green energy and environmental protection, A00 standard aluminum ingots are increasingly being used in emerging industries such as rail transportation, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic power stations, and wind power equipment. (2) Alumina Products The company primarily produces metallurgical-grade alumina, mainly used as a raw material in electrolytic aluminum production. (3) High-Purity Aluminum Products The company primarily produces high-purity aluminum with aluminum content ranging from 99.99% to 99.996%, mainly used as a raw material for manufacturing electronic foils, aerospace panels, high-voltage and low-voltage electrolytic capacitors, high-performance wires, sapphire, semiconductor targets, etc. (4) Aluminum Foil Products The company primarily produces single-zero foil and double-zero foil, used as positive electrode current collectors for lithium-ion batteries and both positive and negative electrode current collectors for sodium-ion batteries, as well as food packaging foil. These products are widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage power stations, residential and commercial energy storage, electronic products, food processing, and other fields.
