Hangzhou Robam Appliances Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was established in 1979. After 39 years’ devotion in kitchen appliances, Robam Appliances has now become the a leading player in China’s kitchen appliances industry as well as one of the longest established professional kitchen appliances brands in China. Since 1991, Robam range hood acquired the only PRC Silver Quality Award in the kitchen appliances industry as well as honors including China Top Brand and National Inspection-free Product. In 2018, Robam products have won various awards at home and abroad. The range hood 5610 won three awards, namely "Chinese Design Gold Award", "2018 iF Design Award" and "Red Dot Design Award"; range hoods 8231S and 8332, stove 9B30C, disinfection cabinet 825 and central cleaning system won the "Red Dot Design Award". Range hood 5900S and oven R026 won the "Epland Award – Product Award" and "Epland Award – Design Award" respectively. In 2018, the Company achieved operating revenue of 7.425 billion yuan, up by 5.81% YoY; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 1.474 billion yuan, up by 0.85% YoY. During the report period, first quarter of 2018, the Company achieved operating revenue of 1.660 billion yuan, up by 4.30% YoY; net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 0.320 billion yuan, up by 5.84% YoY. The growth of retail sales and retail volume of Robam’s main products both surpassed the average growth of the industry. According to CMM retail monitoring report, Robam's market share in categories including range hood, gas stove, built-in steam oven and built-in microwave all ranked first in the industry. According to Euromonitor, an authoritative global market research agency, in 2018, Robam once again ranked first in market share in the global market of self-owned brand range hoods, leading the international range hoods industry for four years in a row.
