(i) Main Businesses and Products of the Company Founded in 1993, STO Express brand has been committed to the construction and development of national brand, and after more than twenty years of development, the Company has formed a perfect and smooth express operation network on a national scale. In future, the Company will continue to break through upstream and downstream and develop express, express delivery, international, financial, data and supply chain business sectors on the basis of express and deep ploughing of the main business, thus exploiting in a diversified way, increasing new forces for development and building ETO Express into an international comprehensive logistics service group centered on express business. Main products of the Company are automobile transport time-sensitive products, such as time-definite express, same day express, next morning express, 24-hour express, 48-hour express and 72-hour express; the air express time-sensitive product is 24-hour express between key cities; the value-added products include committed delivery and collection on delivery; besides, the Company also provides the sales service of file bags, cartons and other express packages. In terms of international products, now the Company mainly has international small parcel, international postal parcel and overseas warehouse businesses, and its service region covers America, Australia, Russia, Britain, Japan, South Korea, etc. In terms of supply chain products, the Company has warehouse and cold chain products, and it is committed to becoming a professional third-party warehouse logistics supply chain service provider and focuses on providing the warehousing, fine processing and distribution management one-stop services for the e-commerce industry; the Company provides cold storage and refrigerated storage services as well as same day distribution, next day distribution and third day distribution services for cold chain. (ii) Business Model of the Company The Company uses the franchise-centric business model, and the franchise mode is beneficial to quick network layout, where the express company only needs to build a transit center, the service outlet is independently operated by a franchisee, the company is responsible for all works of transit shipment and transit warehouse, including trunk transportation, sorting and weighing and the franchised outlet is responsible for branch road transportation and distribution transport. The Company settles all expenses uniformly, the service outlet in a place where the sender is located pays the Company the express bill cost, material cost, transshipment charge and delivery charge for the place of receipt, and the Company pays the delivery charge to the service outlet in a place where the courier is located. (iii) Express Service Business Process 1. Taking-express Service Refer to the process where the business personnel receives user instructions or express system instructions, and delivers express mails sent by users to the express company’s transit center. 2. Transshipment Service Refer to the process where after users’ express mails arrive at the express company’s transit center, the transit center sorts, weighs, scans and delivers the express mails to the transit center in the place of destination of the users’ delivery. 3. Delivery Service Refer to the process where the franchisee’s outlet receives express mails from the transit center and arranges the express business personnel to be responsible for delivering the express mails to users and conducting corresponding handover and settlement. 4. Express Mail Information Service Process It is mainly a whole process positioning and query service provided by the express electronic information system after the express company collects customer information through express bills.
