Our Company mainly engage in R & D, production and sales of textile dyestuff, auxiliaries and chemical raw materials. Among them, textile dyestuff are the main products of our company including disperse dyes, reactive dyes, cationic dyes, vat dyes, sulfur dyes, direct dyes. The auxiliaries include sodium hydrosulfite, textile auxiliaries and other products. And chemical raw materials include dye intermediate, sulfuric acid, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and so on. Our company's annual production capacity of dyestuff is nearly 238,000 tons, among which, disperse dyes production capacity is 118,000 tons, reactive dye production capacity is 100,000 tons, and other dyes is nearly 20,000 tons. The production scale, technical level and product quality of our company all take the domestic leading position. Besides, our company is one of the major manufacturing bases of dyes in China and takes top two sales position of market share in the domestic dyes market. We adopt the model of independent R&D, production and sales, and also implements the production management mode of combining non-standard products with fixed sales and regular products stocking. In terms of procurement, our company maintains long-term and stable commercial relationships with major suppliers to keep the supply channels for raw materials smooth. The procurement department makes procurement according to the production plan combined with the supply-and-demand situation of raw material market. When the market price of raw materials is relatively low, they will purchase the materials exceed the production demand appropriately. In terms of sales, we sell directly to the market independently and obtain orders through our business representatives and distributors and have established a complete system of domestic and foreign trade already.
