•Jinghua Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. is one state-owned holding Joint-stock company, comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise, high-tech enterprise, Provincial technology center & engineering research center. In September 2002, Nantong Jinghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established through reorganization with Nantong Zhongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and preparation parts of Nantong General Pharmaceutical Factory, and then incorporated the API parts of Nantong General Pharmaceutical Factory in 2004. The share reform of the company was done in 2007, In November 2009, the initial public offering was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and on February 3, 2010, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In July 2012, the company changed its name to Jinghua Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
