Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company Limited, a large comprehensive natural gas company, has made its core businesses long-distance natural gas transport planning, construction, operating, and management, as well as downstream distribution. As a state-owned company, we are actively adhering to the guideline of long-distance natural gas transport specialization, urban gas regionalization and provincially industrial integration and bringing great benefit to Shaanxi economic development in all respects. We also endeavor to support and contribute to engineering construction, manufacturing, marketing development, management and resource optimization. Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Company Limited has accomplished the construction of 33 natural gas transport pipelines including Jingbian to Xi’an, Xianyang to Baoji, Xi’an to Weinan, Baoji to Hanzhong, Hanzhong to Ankang, etc., with a total mileage of over 4,030km. The entire pipeline is capable of transporting 13.5 billion cubic meters, which covers 11 cities from south to north and Hanzhong east to its west. Wholly owned subsidiaries like Shaanxi Urban Gas Industrial Development Ltd. and Ankang Natural Gas Ltd while Shangluo Natural Gas Co., holding subsidiaries like Hanzhong NG Investment Development Co. Ltd., Shangluo Natural Gas Co. Ltd., Yan’an Natural Gas pipeline Ltd. and joint stock companies like Xianyang Xinke Energy Co. Ltd, Xianyang Natural Gas Co. Ltd., Xi’an Zhongmin Gas Co. Ltd., Shaanxi Liquified Natural Gas Investment and Development Co., Ltd. are operating urban gas program in 25 counties in 5 districts which accounts for 28.04% market shares in 107 counties of Shaanxi Province and has made a stride in the transition from a gas-resource-dominated province into a gas-industry-dominated one.
