The Company is principally engaged in three core business segments: lithium-ion battery cells, LED chips, and metal logistics operations, with over 10 subsidiaries located throughout Suzhou, Shanghai, Dongguan, Huai’an and Yangzhou area. 1. Lithium-ion battery cell business Wholly-owned subsidiary Tenpower is a High-Technology Enterprise with over 10 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in the field of NCM/NCA cylindrical li-ion battery cells, complemented with large scale state-of-the-art automated cylindrical li-ion battery cell production capabilities. The company's li-ion battery cells are primarily used in small power systems (including power tools, electric two-wheelers/motorcycles/forklifts/AGV vehicles, and robot vacuum cleaners/vacuum machines), Especially as a leading battery cell supplier in the power tool segment, Tenpower stands as one of the few companies who was introduced in the global top 5 power tool companies. 2. LED business Huai’an Aucksun Optoelectronics is a subsidiary of the Company, and a High-Technology Enterprise, it is one of the major independent suppliers of LED chips in the country. The LED segment of the Company is primarily engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of LED epitaxial wafers and chips. End products include LED chips of various specifications, which can be applied in lighting products after being packaged by downstream LED customers. The Company is equipped with the most advanced LED epitaxial wafers and chips manufacturing equipment from Japan, Germany and the United States. In order to further solidify the Company’s competitive strength in the LED industry, the Company is currently constructing an advanced sapphire graphic substrate to complete the Company’s positioning of “substrate + epitaxial wafers + chips” in the LED industry chain. 3. Metal logistics operations The Company is engaged in storage, sorting, cutting, packaging, distribution and processing of steel and aluminum plates, and supply chain management. The Company’s main products consist of galvanized steel plates, hot-dipping galvanizing steel plates, cold-rolled steel plates etc. Aluminum plates mainly consist of aluminum and various types of aluminum alloy plates. Downstream customers mainly include manufacturers of PC, LCD modules, flat-panel TVs, office equipments, high-end home appliances and auto parts. The company is currently a leading large-scale domestic metal logistics enterprise that can provide multi-variety, multi-specification and multi-product value-added services.
