Sanquan Foods Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 2008, becoming the first A-share listed company in China's frozen food industry. In 2013, the Company acquired Longfeng Foods, completing the first acquisition of a foreign-funded enterprise in the industry. As the first domestic manufacturer of frozen pasta and rice products, Sanquan Foods is also among the earliest-established, largest-scale and most widely-networked frozen food producers in China.
