It has implemented process reengineering and set up standards for the trading, settlement, storage, logistics and information of bulk commodities such as non-ferrous metals, and has really achieved “fully closed loop, fast payment, safe money and goods, and efficient turnover”, which has solved safety control, low efficiency and other difficult problems in bulk commodity transaction, made customers concentrate more on the development of their own core business and improved the whole competitiveness of industrial chain. In addition, the Company takes garbage power generation as its basic project and promotes the treatment and utilization of solid waste and renewable resources such as sludge, sewage and construction waste. The projects about garbage power generation and sludge treatment which have been put into operation so far are being well developed. The Company has signed investment framework agreements with several local governments regarding to the cooperative investment, construction and operation of venous industrial parks/ circular economy industrial parks and has gradually promoted the implementation of specific projects in order to make its new environmentally friendly energy business bigger and stronger.

In accordance with Guidelines of Industry Classification of Listed Company (revised in 2012), the industry which the Company belongs to is “L72 Business Service Industry”. Since it was listed, the Company has been devoted to providing supply chain service for modern logistics service, concentrated on creating a supply chain management service platform integrated with “logistics, business flow, capital flow and information flow”, continuously strengthened and improved supply chain technology and operating capability, and provided customers with supply chain outsourcing service of its non-core business. When continuously and deep ploughing supply chain service, the Company starts to set foot in the field of new environmentally friendly energy, actively expands its market through endogenous growth, merger and acquisition and other methods, enhancesits market share, and gradually forms a development pattern which has two main business operations, i.e. “supply chain management + new environmentally friendly energy”, which further increases the profitability and anti-risk capability of the Company and better safeguards the steady and sustainable development of the Company. Supply chain management service of the Company mainly includes trade execution service, integrated logistics service and other service forms. Trade execution service refers to, in domestic and foreign trade, match the demands of upstream and downstream customers in advance, sign business contracts with upstream and downstream customers, and gather logistics, business flow, capital flow and information flow to provide customers efficient, safe and low-cost supply chain service; and integrated logistics service mainly includes international logistics service, storage, logistics distribution and import and export customs clearance service. The new environmentally friendly energy business of the Company is to cooperate with local governments throughout the country to carry out the investment, construction and operation of circular economy demonstration industrial parks and venous industrial parks. These industrial parks take garbage power generation and straw power generation as their leading projects, promote the treatment and utilization of solid waste and renewable resources such as sludge, sewage and construction waste, and form the new environmentally friendly energy industry integrated with renewable resource utilization, power generation, heat supply, environmentally friendly emission reduction and nurturing agriculture.
