Aviation parts business The Company adopts advanced and mature aviation manufacturing technology of the aviation industry in its aviation parts business. Over the years, it has accumulated rich experience in high-speed processing technology, and acquired mature technology for aircraft structural parts. It specializes in processing materials such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and honeycomb core composite, and is especially good at providing process technology solutions in terms of high-difficulty and high-value parts. For aviation CNC processing products, it has a complete quality assurance and technical management system, which is in line with the interests of its core customers. With a stably operating system and reliable technical quality, it has won the title of "Excellent Supplier" from customers many times. The Company and its subsidiaries are mainly engaged in the design, research & development, manufacturing of tools and molds, and the production of auto parts and aviation parts. Its main products include tooling molds, auto parts, and aviation parts, while the tooling molds mainly involve automotive molds at present. The tooling mold and auto parts of the Company are mainly developed and produced by its parent company Anhui CITC-RH Automobile Die Co., Ltd and its subsidiary Sichuan CITC Jiwen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. With the ability to develop, match and coordinate automobile molds, and to apply advanced aviation manufacturing technology, the Company occupies a leading position in the field of domestic automobile mold manufacturing. In 2022, new breakthroughs were achieved in its mold business expansion into overseas markets, with the number of contracts signed in the international market hitting a new high. The tooling mold is a customized product, which mainly adopts the production mode of "basing production on sales", the procurement mode of "basing orders by production", and the sales mode of bidding for orders. Production is organized based on the requirements from the customers, delivery is made upon the on-site pre-acceptance of the specification parameters of the molds by customers, and the final acceptance of the mold is made by the customers after the mold is installed and tried out on the customer’s site for mass production of parts. CITC-RH, a subsidiary of the Company, is one of the strategic parts assembly suppliers of Chery Automobile, and mainly undertakes body parts orders of Chery Automobile's auto and signs sales contracts according to customer needs. After Jiwen, a subsidiary of the Company, experienced a mixed-ownership reform, the Company has gained new customers in its auto parts business such as Volvo, Lotus, and Polestar, in addition to its original customers in Chengdu Longquan Auto City. Its sales area has expanded from Chengdu to the whole country. At the same time, its HFQ production line which was newly completed has realized small batch sample supply. After reaching a purchase intention with a customer, Jiwen will sign a framework agreement with its customers, and organize the production and delivery of corresponding parts and components every month according to the customers' requirements based on the order. The aviation parts business of the Company is mainly undertaken by its parent company. At present, the business mainly involves the CNC machining of aviation parts, and the production and manufacturing of a small amount of aviation sheet metal products. The Company has established a long-term stable cooperative relationship with domestic aircraft manufacturers. Adopting a "processing with supplied materials" mode, its aviation parts business does not involve the purchase of bulk raw materials, but production and delivery according to customer orders. In 2022, the Company's Aviation Industrial Park project in Xindu was put into operation according to a special plan, laying a solid foundation for it to expand the scale of its aviation parts business. Apart from this, the Company has just obtained the qualification for aviation parts assembly business, which indicates a positive growth trend of its aviation parts business.
