The Company is also dedicated to charitable undertakings. It helped many undergraduate students from poor families to complete their studies.,built hope primary schools in Sichuan, Hubei, and other places, and made donations to improve educational faclitles at kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, and special education schools.

Wangneng Environment Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002034), an affiliate of Mizuda Group, is headquartered in Huzhou, Zhejiang province, the birthplace of the “Two Mountains” theory. Operating mainly under such models as BOT and BOO, Wangneng Environment is specialized in household waste incineration for power generation, comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources, treatment of kitchen waste and sludge, and other urban environmental industry investments and operations, with an aim to provide integrated solid waste solutions for the government. It has been awarded as one of the “Top 10 Influential Solid Waste Companies in China” for eight consecutive years over 2014–2021. In 2006, Mizuda Group, a leading company in Huzhou, explored its way into the waste incineration industry to solve waste treatment difficulties of the city with its rich experience in building and operating thermal power plants. In March 2008, Huzhou Nantaihu Green Energy Co., Ltd., the very first waste-to-energy incineration project of the Company, was put into operation; in April 2008, the project started to generate power. Reaching out from Zhejiang province to the whole country, Wangneng Environment has invested more than 1.6 billion USD in 33 waste-to-energy incineration projects in 9 provinces, with a designed waste treatment capacity of 22,000 tons/day. Of the 32 projects, 32 have been put into operation. In 2017 when the Company embraced its 11th year in the solid waste treatment industry, Wangneng Environment took an important step of going public through asset restructuring. By integrating capital, technologies, customers and other resources, Wangneng Environment further expanded its current businesses and explored new fields including kitchen waste treatment, sludge treatment, soil remediation, and renewable resource recycling. Next, Wangneng Environment will take the opportunities brought by the Belt and Road Initiative to seek international cooperation.
