Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 13th , 2000 and has a history of 46 years specializing in the production of bus. It is one of the earliest listed companies in China's bus industry. Its main business scope is including the development, manufacture and sale of buses, bus chassises, motor homes, vans, trailers and their special accessories. At present, the total assets of the company reaches 120 billion RMB, and the general capital is altogether 592.9 million shares. Nearly 5,000 people is haired by the company. It covers an area of 934,000 square meters, and has about 2000 sets of main production equipments. In the whole bus industry, Zhongtong is the first company who established a state-level laboratory, a state-level technology center, and a post-doctoral research station. It is one of the demonstration companies of the 863 national project and the CIMS project, and also the only one undertaking the 863 national project in China's bus manufacturing industry.
