Sinotruk is a state-controlled listed company. According to the Industrial Classification of National Economic Activities (GB/T4754-2017) and the Guidelines for Industry Classification of Listed Companies issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Announcement [2012] No. 31), the company belongs to the sector of "automobile manufacturing industry". Mainly engaged in heavy truck, heavy special vehicle chassis, axle and other auto parts manufacturing and sales business, the company is a leading heavy vehicle manufacturing and sales enterprise under China Heavy Vehicle Group Co., LTD., which is known as the cradle of China's heavy vehicle industry.
