(1) Resource advantages In 2022, the company acquired a 179.8 square kilometer potash mine in the Pengxia-Nongbo village area of Nong Po County, Kampo Province, Laos through major asset restructuring, which is connected to a 35 square kilometer potash mine area, with a total potash ore of about 3.935 billion tons and a pure potassium chloride of about 677 million tons. After the completion of this acquisition, the company owns a total of 214.8 square kilometers of potash mining rights in Khammouang Province, Laos, and 829 million tons of pure potassium chloride, becoming the largest potash resource enterprise in Asia, and realizing the efficient and coordinated development of the two mineral resources, which will help further enhance the company's sustainable development ability and core competitiveness. In order to further expand the company's reserve advantages, the company began to apply for the 48.52km² potash mining right in Nonglong Village, Gammont Province in April 2022, and finally won the fierce competition with seven enterprises after six months. The 48.52km² potash mine is located in Nong Long Village, Khammouane Province, Laos, adjacent to the Xiaodongbu mining area of the company. The acquisition of 48.52km² potash mining rights makes the company's potassium chloride reserves exceed 1 billion tons, exceeding the total reserves of potash resources in China, and has become the largest potash resource enterprise in Asia, accounting for about one-third of the total reserves in Asia. The company's mining area has high-quality resource endowments, sufficient potash ore reserves, and a variety of scarce and precious resources including bromine, lithium, magnesium, rubidium, iodine, cesium, boron and other elements. It contains sodium chloride 44%, magnesium chloride 18%, bromine ion 0.256%. During the reporting period, China Agricultural International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, established a non-potassium business department, aiming to fully explore the resource value of the company's Laos minerals, expand the company's profit growth points, conduct in-depth and comprehensive exploration, screening and analysis of the reserves, grades and economic exploitation of bromine, lithium, sodium, magnesium, rubidium, cesium and other resources in the company's existing and upcoming mineral blocks, promote development and construction, and convert the resource value into the company's economic benefits. Among them, the bromine project is the first project to establish a non-potassium division, bromine is one of the more abundant resources in the company's minerals, the bromine content of the company's Laos potassium brine is nearly 60 times higher than the bromine content of domestic seawater, which is of great development value. In the future, the bromine project is expected to become an important chain carrying the layout of the upstream and downstream chemical industries in the non-potassium business, laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality and leapfrog development in the next stage.

The company and its subsidiaries China Agricultural International and Agricultural Potassium Resources focus on potash mining, potash fertilizer production and sales. The company currently owns 263.3 square kilometers of potash mining rights in Khammouane Province, Laos, and the reserves of pure potassium chloride resources will exceed 1 billion tons, with rich mineral deposits and good resource endowment conditions, which is suitable for large-scale development of potash projects. As one of the first Chinese enterprises to "go out" to implement overseas potash development, the company not only created a precedent for the industrial production of emerging potash plates in the world, but also further built China's first million-ton overseas potash fertilizer project. In March 2022, the company completed the first 1 million tons/year potash fertilizer project and achieved production; In January 2023, the commissioning of the second 1 million tons/year potash fertilizer project was successfully completed; At the same time, the third 1 million tons/year potash fertilizer project is accelerating construction, and strives to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2023.
