1. Main business The Company owns complete iron and steel production process and related auxiliary facilities. Core businesses are manufacturing and sales of stainless steel and the other steel products, slab, black ingot, black metal, ferroalloy and metalware. Domestic trading，the export and import of raw material of iron and steel production are also the parts of the company’s core businesses. 2. Main products The company’s main products include stainless steel，cold silicon steel，carbon steel hot rolled coil/plate, train axle steel, alloy mould steel and etc. Stainless steel, high quality cold rolled silicon steel, electromagnetic pure iron, high strength automobile girder steel，train axle steel, chequered plate, welded cylinder steel has the biggest market share in China. TISCO insists on the strategy of “winning by new product”. Some of its key products have been used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, container, railway, automobile, urban light rail, power generation, “Shenzhou” series spacecrafts and other key sectors and emerging industries. Pen tip steel, high-Mn high-N stainless steel for nuclear power contributes significantly to the domestication of key materials.
