The Company's data center is located in Zhongwei, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. And it is adjacent to the data center serving as Amazon Web Services (AWS) China (Ningxia) Region. The location has many advantages for building hyperscale data centers, which include rich energy and land supply, cold weather and stable geological conditions. Additionally, the city of Zhongwei is located on the fringe of Tengger Desert, where the air is clean and dry. Taking advantage of those natural conditions, the Company implemented state of the art free cooling system in its data center - now the data center boasts Asia’s largest and China’s first direct evaporative and indirect evaporative free cooling system. The high energy efficiency, combined with one of the lowest electric power price in the country give the Company a huge advantage in terms of operating costs. What’s more, Zhongwei is located in China(Mainland)'s geometric center, which is the optimal point of access to the fiber network covering the whole country. And telecom operators such as China mobile, Unicom have built 4 x 100 Gigabytes optical fiber data highway from Zhongwei to Beijing, Xi’an, Taiyuan with the capability of continuous expansion, which guarantee high speed and high bandwidth network for data center customers all over the country. The company's main business is data center services. Data Center Business: The Company offers colocation, network and maintenance services packaged into three solutions to suit the need of customers with different sizes and demands. And the solutions are tailor-made data center solution, custom module solution, and multi-cabinets colocation solution. Among those three, the previous two are major revenue generators, while the last one serves as a supplement. The tailor-made data center solution is designed for large internet companies, government and enterprises, and telecom operators. Those customers have specific requirements for data center planning, architecture, design and operations, based on which the Company would invest and build the data center for the customers to collocate their servers and other network equipment. Additionally, the Company would provide 24/7/365 uninterrupted operation and maintenance services inside the built facilities for the customer according to service agreement made by both sides to ensure the whole infrastructure is operating effectively and safely, and that the customer’s servers and other equipment are working efficiently and securely. The colocation fee would be charged under the terms of the contract agreed upon by both parties. The multi-cabinet colocation solution is designed for small and medium- sized internet companies and corporations (both are end users), which includes standardized cabinets colocation and internet bandwidth services.
