Approved by Fujian Provincial People’s Government, "CWYC" set up Hong Kong Wu Yi Construction Co., Ltd in Hong Kong in 1981, and established China Wu Yi Co., Ltd in Mainland China, which registered at the State Administration for Industry & Commerce in 1991. At the same time, it obtained foreign project contracting operation right from the Ministry of Foreign and Economic Cooperation. CWYC was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997. It holds class A qualification of main contractor for national project, the qualification of First Rate of real estate development, and has established companies and joint-investment organizations in many countries and regions such as Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Equatorial Guinea, the Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong, and etc. Each branch organization has undertaken a large number of public building and road and bridge construction projects that have influential effect of local governments.
