1 Main Business Lines The company is comprehensively engaged in the research & development, production and promotion of pharmaceutical products. The company, and its subsidiary, covers many therapeutic areas such as oncology, probiotics, gastroenterology, orthopedics, gynaecology, neurology, etc. 2 Management Model 2.1 Purchasing All procurement programs in the company are accurately calculated base on the production plans, particular results are influenced by current inventory status and market quotations of raw materials as well. 2.2 Production All the arrangement of production plans in the company are strictly according to frequent sales forecast. Manufacturing team will receive an annual forecast from sales force, and then put the forecast together with inventory turnovers and actual condition of production to make a production plan. Base on the annual plan, production department will receive upcoming sales plan monthly and put it beside the number of inventory to make a production plan for particular month and then organize the manufacture. All production is organized strictly in accordance with national GMP regulations. During the process of production, the ministry of technology is in charge of the manufacturing flow for particular product; quality assurance department is in charge of the quality control of intermediate or semi finished products, just in case if any potential unqualified output; quality control department will test all the finished goods and make sure that they are quality product to meet the criterion of National Drug Standard. 2.3 Sales Model The company has 6 business units to commercialize products. 2.3.1 Pharmaceutical BU Accurately develop partnership with potential distributors and work closely with them in customized ways. 2.3.2 Essential Drug BU Establish an all rounded network to cover county hospitals and community hospitals with a combo of distributors and representatives. 2.3.3 Medical BU Work professionally with the physicians in top tier hospitals and private hospitals with a group of representatives, capable to pull the revenue in or out of the hospitals. 2.3.4 Commerce BU Focus on establishing the commercial distribution network; also be responsible to build the invoicing service and invoicing management platform. 2.3.5 OTC BU An all rounded BU with pin point control, key account promotion, and e-commerce models, can work online to offline in order to build brands while covering urban and rural clients. 2.3.6 Licensing BU Develop and maintain good relationship with domestic contractual sales organizations to promote drugs that are not suitable for previous BUs.
