The main businesses and operation modes of the company are listed as follows: 1. Tap water business The tap water business of the company covers a complete industry chain of water supply including: takes water from water source, tap water purification, transmission, sales and after-sales service. The company has the right to charge tap water fee directly from the terminal users. The adjustment of water price should follow certain procedures and require approval from relevant government authorities before implementation. The company's tap water business operation modes include BOO, BOT, TOT, and entrusted operations, etc. The projects are located in Sichuan, Jiangsu and Hainan. The capacity of water supply projects in operation and under construction is about 4.3 million tons/day. 2. Sewage treatment and reclaimed water utilization business The company is engaged in sewage treatment business of urban domestic sewage, rural domestic sewage and industrial waste water.
