Company Profile

Gujing Gongjiu is one of the eight old famous liquor enterprises in China. It is the first white liquor listed company in China to issue A and B shares at the same time. It is located in the hometown of historical celebrities Cao Cao and Hua Tuo, and in Bozhou City, Anhui Province, one of the world's top ten liquor producing areas. The predecessor of the company was Gongxing Caofang, which originated in the tenth year of the Zhengde reign of the Ming Dynasty (1515 AD). In 1959, it was transformed into the Gujing Distillery of Provincial Yingbo County. In April 2016, Gujing Gongjiu signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huanghelou Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., ushering in a new era of cooperation in China's famous liquor industry. In January 2021, Gujing Gongjiu signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mingguang Liquor Industry. The company has four major brands: Gujinggong, Huanghelou, Laomingguang, and Guibao liquor, with five aroma types: strong aroma, light aroma, bright green aroma, ancient aroma (roasted wheat aroma), and sauce aroma. Gujinggong is the leading product of the company. With the unique style of "clear color like crystal, pure fragrance like orchid, sweet and mellow taste, and lasting aftertaste", it has won the gold medal of the National Baijiu Competition for four consecutive times. It is the only Chinese famous wine that won the gold medal at the 13th International Food Expo in Paris, and first won the honors of China's famous trademark, China's geographical indication products, Anhui Provincial Government Quality Award, etc. The Gujing Gongjiu brewing site has been awarded the national key cultural relic protection unit, and the brewing process has been awarded the national intangible cultural heritage protection project. It is known as the "Peony in Wine" and the "First Tribute of China" by the world. In December 2023, Gujing Gongjiu was recognized as a "Chinese Time honored Brand". Gujing Gongjiu adheres to the values of "being a real person, brewing fine wine, being good at oneself, and benefiting the world", promotes Strategy 5.0, and creates a new Gujing that is "digital, international, and legal". The company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of Baijiu. The main products of the company are Gujing Gongjiu "Year Original Pulp" series, traditional Gujing Gongjiu series, and Gujing Elegant series; Yellow Crane Tower Chenxiang Series, Ecological Original Pulp Series, Small Yellow Crane Tower Series. The company is one of the eight old famous liquor enterprises in China, one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, and the first listed liquor company in China to issue both A and B shares at the same time.
