(“Solutions”) though its subsidiary China National Agrochemical Co., Ltd. In July 2017, Hubei Sanonda Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of SinoChem Holdings acquired 100% of Solutions through major asset restructuring. In December 2018, Sanonda changed its name to ADAMA Ltd. In June 2020, ADAMA joined Syngenta Group, the largest agro-input company in the world. In 2022, ADAMA’s global sales reached nearly 5.6 billion USD.

ADAMA Ltd. is a global leader in crop protection, providing solutions to farmers across the world to combat weeds, insects and disease. ADAMA employs over 90,000 people worldwide, and markets its products in over 100 countries. ADAMA has R&D and manufacturing facilities across the world, with two main operational hubs in Israel and China. Global Presence ADAMA sells its products in over 100 markets worldwide, with direct presence in all the largest agricultural markets, including Brazil, the US, China, Australia, India, Germany, and France, as well as additional high-growth markets. Products ADAMA develops, produces and markets crop protection products – herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, plant growth regulators and seed treatments. These products aim to improve the quality and quantity of crop yields by providing protection from weeds, insects and disease. The company's portfolio comprises over 300 active ingredients and over 1,650 end-use products, with an increasing portion of its portfolio being comprised of more innovative and value-added solutions.Differentiated products may also be based on recently off-patented active ingredients (AI's) that have been classified as high commercial potential - "Core Leap" AI's and include a variety of product characteristics such as (i) unique proprietary formulations, (ii) products with more than one mode of action, and (iii) biologicals.. The company also develops and markets consumer and professional solutions – agrochemical products applied for non-agricultural needs such as railway maintenance, veterinary care, home gardening and protection of water reservoirs.
