Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as JMC) is a National Vehicle Export Base with such titles as National High-tech Enterprise, National Innovative Pilot Enterprise, National Certified Enterprise Technical Center and National Intellectual Property Model Enterprise. JMC is a strong power in China auto industry integrating whole vehicle & component R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. While providing quality products, JMC is dedicated in satisfying personalized demands of users with customized and intelligent product and service. In Dec, 1993, JMC successfully listed A share in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed Company in Jiangxi Province. In 1995, JMC was the first to introduce foreign capital strategic partner, Ford Motor Company (hereinafter referred to as Ford), by issuing B share with ADRs. Ford now holds 32% JMC shares. JMC has been deeply engaged in the field of electrification, connectivity, intellectualization and sharing.
