The core team of the company's high-temperature alloy is composed of several high-end talents who have engaged in material science and engineering application research in the aviation engine and gas turbine industries, including 5 experts specially appointed at the national level and 5 high-level talents at the municipal level. The proportion of doctoral and master's degree talents exceeds 40%, forming one of the few research and development teams in China's high-temperature alloy field that have achieved international first-class standards in aviation engine high-temperature alloy materials and their applications. It has been successively rated as a provincial and municipal innovation and entrepreneurship team, and possesses relatively comprehensive high-temperature alloy full-process technical capabilities in areas such as material research and development, simulation, precision casting, and powder metallurgy. 2. During the reporting period, the company's main business is the research, development, production, and sales of probiotic products, high-temperature alloys, and their derivatives. (I) Probiotic products business Inner Mongolia ShuangQi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is the only national high-tech enterprise in China that focuses on the two major human microecological systems of digestion and gynecology. Its main product is Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets (trade name: "Golden Bifid"）,Live Lactobacillus Capsules for Vaginal Use (trade name: "DingJunSheng"）， All of them are microbial active drugs composed of human origin bacteria. Among them: "Golden Bifid" is one of the few probiotics drugs that can be used both clinically and OTC，mainly used to treat diarrhea and constipation caused by intestinal microbiota imbalance. So "Golden Bifid" is a preventive and therapeutic drug for intestinal diseases such as digestion, pediatrics, and geriatrics. "DingJunSheng" is the only vaginal probiotic drug used to treat gynecological infections in China. Both of "Golden Bifid" And "DingJunSheng" have high market awareness and market share in their segmented field. At the same time, the company has launched the health food named "Wedge ShuangQi Brand Triple Probiotic Powder" and The series of probiotic dietary supplements based on "Golden Bifid", as well as probiotic toothpaste, probiotic hand cream and other probiotic health products. (1)We have established a core technology system for ultra-high purity high-temperature alloy melting, mainly producing nickel based high-temperature master alloys; This product is mainly used as a base material or applied in the production of hot end components, such as powder metallurgy powder, high-temperature alloy casting, etc.(2)We have established a core technology system for ultra-high purity powder metallurgy powder production, mainly by atomizing high-temperature parent alloys to complete the preparation of high-temperature alloy powder. The powder is mainly used for the production of advanced engine turbine disks, sealed grate disks and other powder disk components. The products have been assessed and certified and entered mass production. (3)We have mastered the core technology of precision casting blades and successfully used our independently developed nickel based high-temperature master alloy to trial produce high-quality equiaxed, oriented, and single crystal turbine blades. The related products have been applied in industries such as aviation engines, gas turbines, and locomotive power, and some products have entered mass production. (4)We have mastered the core process and parameter control technology for the preparation of high-temperature alloy powder turbine discs, grate discs, and other components.
