Zhuhai Huajin Capital Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and listed Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1994. Originally named "Leaguer Stock Co., Ltd.", Huajin Capital is principally engaged in equity investment, construction and operation of industrial innovation parks, business management and consulting, microelectronics, power electronics, and environmental protection product development, production and sales. In September 2013, Zhuhai Hua Chuang Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai Financial Holding Group, together with other investors, increased its shareholding in the Company and became the controlling shareholder of Huajin Capital in the open market. Since 2015, Huajin Capital has implemented a strategic transformation. While consolidating and enhancing traditional businesses in manufacturing of electronic equipment, production of electronic components and sewage treatment, Huajin Capital relies on shareholders' capital resources to actively expand its equity investment business and has gradually formed a new “venture capital + industrial” business structure. In April 2017, the Company changed its name to "Zhuhai Huajin Capital Co., Ltd", abbreviating it to "Huajin Capital”. Currently, Huajin Capital has built a team of more than 100 internationalized investment specialists.
