The Company is mainly occupied in engineering machinery industry. According to the definition of China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), engineering machineries can be divided into20 categories such as earth moving machinery, excavating machinery, hoisting machinery, industrial vehicle, road construction and maintenance machinery and compact machinery. Engineering machineries are essential tools for the human being to build their homes and transformthe nature. They are widely used in construction, water conservation, electric power, road construction, mining industry, port and other engineering fields. The Company is main involved in the research and development, production, sales and service of engineering machineries and their key components.Since its listing more than 20 years ago, the Company has developed and enlarged its main businesses by a large margin.At the beginning of its listing in 1993, the Company was mainly engaged in the development, production, operation, maintenance and technical service of wheel loaders, and sold them at home only. In recent years, the Company have expanded its main businesses into the research & development, production, sales, service, financing and leasing of wheel loader, excavator, crane, road roller, forklift truck, grader, bulldozer, milling machine, paver, skip steer loader, backhoe loader, mining truck and other engineering machineries as well as their fittings. It also has set up R&D and manufacturing bases and 10 sales & marketing subsidiaries all over the world,including India, Poland, and Brazil; as well as a sales network covering more than 130 countries and regions. The main operation mode of the Company is to obtain business income and proper profit by researching, developing, producing and selling engineering machineries and components, and providing guarantee and value-added services to customers.
