Through years of operation of its mining assets, Vatukoula Gold Mines possesses a sizable gold reserves and resources. Currently, the Company holds three Mining Licenses covering a land area of approximately 12.55 km² and three Prospecting Licenses covering a land area of about 680 km². According to the “Mineral Resource and Reserve Estimate Update NI43-101 Technical Report for the Vatukoula Gold Mines” issued by C2 Mining International (Canada) on January 31, 2025, as of October 31, 2024, The amount of gold and metal resources in the underground mining section is 103.77 tons, including 9.89 tonnes in measured category (1.43 million tonnes at 6.90 g/t), 33.65 tonnes in indicated category (4.78 million tonnes at 7.04 g/t), and 60.23 tonnes in inferred category (9.47 million tonnes at 6.36 g/t). The mining and prospecting licenses held by Vatukoula Gold Mines have significant exploration potential.
