Full description
As the operation management institution of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, the Company deals in aviation business, as well as non-aviation businesses derived from the main aviation business. Targeting at scheduled/non-scheduled services of airlines, passengers, cargo owners and cargo, the aviation business provides aviation ground support and aviation ground handling services. It covers the ground support for aircraft take-off and landing, the maintenance and operation management of airport flight control area, the passenger services involved in flight taking & waiting and port entry & exit, the commerce and real estate leasing in terminal buildings, the maintenance and subsidiary services for aircrafts, and the ground handling services for aviation cargo. The non-aviation businesses include the aviation logistics services and the aviation value-added services. The aviation logistics services refer to the value-added logistics services derived from the main aviation business. It covers the transit handling services of aviation cargo, and the leasing and management of aviation logistics park. The aviation value-added services refer to the commercial services derived from the main aviation business. It covers the indoor and outdoor advertising of airport terminals. The Company carries out production and business operations by utilizing the infrastructure facilities within Shenzhen Airport, including the passenger terminal, airfield area, cargo area, and ground transportation center. With a floor area of 451,000 square meters, the passenger terminal can accommodate an annual throughput of 45 million passenger-trips. The 4F airfield area includes two runways. The cargo area provides such logistics facilities as Domestic Cargo Center, International Cargo Center, International Express Supervision Center, UPS Asia Pacific Hub, and SF Express Transshipment Center. The ground transportation center is a multi-mode transportation hub, allowing for seamless connection of the sea, land, air and rail transportation. The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" of China explicitly indicates the positioning of Shenzhen Airport as an "international aviation hub".
