The Company is among the first batch of national Hi-tech enterprises that expand and are dedicated to the research & development and production of optical fibers and cables, wiring network equipment and communication equipments, with its businesses covering the fields of optical fibers and cables, access and military information and involving such links of products as R&D, testing, production, sale, maintenance and warranty as well as the provision of complete solutions to customers. So far, the Company has built complete sales and service systems in over 40 countries and regions globally, set industrial bases in Shenzhen, Dongguan, southwest China, east China and north China, has over 10 wholly-owned and controlling subsidiaries, developing a relatively diverse and complete optical communication industrial pattern. 1. Optical fibers and cables industry: for its optical fibers and cables industry chain, the Company respectively set production bases in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Chongqing, Changzhou and Zaozhuang, owns modernized workshops covering over 270,000 m2, and has introduced a collection of high-end fibers and cables production and testing equipments from advanced fibers and cables production countries of the world to build the largest optical fibers and cables R&D and testing base in south China. Access industry: industrial chain enterprises mainly include Shenzhen SDGI Optical Network Technologies Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen SDG DONZHI Technology Co.,Ltd. Shenzhen SDGI Optical Network Technologies Co., Ltd. provides passive access equipments, is specialized in the R&D, production and service of optical communication devices, and can provide customers with equipment, access optical cable, optical devices, engineering scheme consultation, construction and “one-stop” integrated optical network wiring solution. Shenzhen SDG Dongzhi Technology Co., Ltd. provides active access equipments, and is specialized the R&D, production and sale of passive optical fiber network terminals, wireless router, IPTV set top box, distributor, and smart routers. The operating mode combining ODM and self-owned brand sale is adopted to provide design and production outsourcing service for many leading enterprises in domestic communication equipment field. 3. Military information industry: Chengdu Fourier Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.is a Hi-tech enterprise engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of military information equipments, specialized in the R&D, production and sale of aeronautical communication equipment for military purpose, data logger, missile-borne computer, with its products being applied in fields such as military wireless communication, flight control navigation, radar signal processing, integrated measurement and control, electronic countermeasure, etc.; has gradually developed products like military aeronautical communication equipment, data logger, outfield tester, missile-borne computer, etc.
