Shenzhen Centralcon Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Centralcon Holdings” or the “Company”) was founded in 1984 and became a listed company (stock code: 000042) through shareholding system reform in 1994. It is among the first batch of enterprises qualified with a National Class A Real Estate Development Qualification. Formerly known as Shenzhen Changcheng Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., the Company changed its name to Shenzhen Centralcon Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in March 2014. Centralcon Holdings is committed to becoming a first-class national comprehensive urban operator. Its businesses cover real estate development, hotel operation, property management, commercial management and other sectors. Focusing on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area while extending to the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and the Shanghai Metropolitan Area, the Company adopts the strategic positioning of “Focus on Regions, Deepen Cities, and Deploy Multiple Projects in Synergy”.
